No extrusion process without filter screens. We manufacture precision screens in various shapes and batch sizes. The screen design is customer-specific to optimize the customer’s product and process using different layers and weaving structures to create an ideal filtration and dispersion. We offer our screens with three different precision grades – with our Seamless Fit we realize the optimal fit of a screen in a system for enhanced quality and minimized risk of edge flow. The layer configuration is fluid specific. We produce our screens with precision tooling or with tool-free plasma cutting for smaller batch sizes. We offer individual dimensions or have several standard dimensions available; i.e. for Gneuss or Nordson Kreyenborg screen changers.
